1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quantsly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quantsly provides quantitative financial models, market data visualization, and analytical tools for research purposes. The Service is available through web browsers at quantsly.com.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid subscriptions (Pro and Elite) are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Paddle.
• Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Not Financial Advice

Quantsly provides analytical tools and data for educational and research purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Past performance shown in models does not guarantee future results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, models, algorithms, and design elements of the Service are the property of Quantsly. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service programmatically
• Share your account credentials or subscription access with others
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal personal data required to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Quantsly shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions made using our tools.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
