Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Quantsly ApS uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record for all subscription payments. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy. The core terms are summarised below.

1. Refund Windows by Region

The number of days you have to request a refund from the date of your transaction depends on where you are located:

European Union, EEA, Switzerland, and United Kingdom

Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from the first payment of a subscription contract and receive a full refund. For UK annual subscriptions, a new 14-day withdrawal period applies at each yearly auto-renewal.

Turkey and Israel

Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw and receive a full refund.

South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada

Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel and receive a full refund.

Singapore

Consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel and receive a full refund.

All Other Regions

Refund requests submitted within 14 days of the transaction date may be granted by Paddle on a discretionary basis. Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the transaction date are not eligible.

2. How to Request a Refund

Choose whichever is easiest:

If your refund is approved, Paddle will process it using the same payment method within 14 days of approval. It typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. Cancellation Outside the Refund Window

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Quantsly account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no further charges will be taken, and your access continues until the period ends.

4. Technical or Product Defects

If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing features as described, contact us at [email protected]. Where there is evidence of a material defect, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved directly. If a chargeback is initiated, access to Quantsly may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.
