Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Annual subscriptions that are cancelled partway through the year are not eligible for pro-rated refunds. The subscription remains active until the annual period ends. If you have concerns about committing to an annual plan, we recommend starting with a monthly subscription.
